SHOUT runs entirely on volunteers. Without them no member evenings, parties, Pink Café evenings, education in schools, assistance to asylum seekers and so much more.

If you would like to join SHOUT and thereby engage with the local LGBTQ+ community, with visibility and interesting and fun activities, check out our committee page for which committees appeal to you.

Being a volunteer at SHOUT is really fun as well as educational. We also reward our volunteers with get-togethers, SHOUT tokens for a free drink at an activity, discounts in the SHOUT webshop and an annual volunteer thank-you gift.
