At SHOUT, all regular activities have started again. LGBTQ+ Wageningers can meet again at our parties, pink cafes and members’ evenings. Our educators are back in front of the class with sexual and gender diversity lessons and our discussion groups are live again instead of via zoom. SHOUT runs entirely on the efforts of volunteers/active members. All committees are desperate for more people to make the activities possible.
That is why we will put all committees in the spotlight on Thursday 28 April during the SHOUT committee evening. In the theater you will find a committee market where all volunteers tell more about the work of their committee. Do you not want to commit yourself to a specific committee, but do you want to help with something every now and then? Then there are also nice temporary committees or specific activities that you can help with.
There will also be four workshops. You can learn how to pour a beer, how to design a poster, follow an information workshop and embark on a decoration journey in our storage attic. Dancing in the mini-disco is also an option, as is a drink in the café corner.
What will it be? Standing in front of the class, organizing member activities, throwing a party or tapping the perfect beer? A combination? And we have a lot more volunteer work to do.
So come by to discover what SHOUT does and see which committee suits you.
Everyone is welcome to come and meet us, whether you are already a member or not.
